An Autumn Tree Fair is held every November to commemorate the Tree Ordinance and to celebrate the unique gift of trees we all have here in Clarke County. The Fair includes a tree sale, various demonstrations and other tree-related activities.
Many more champion trees have been added to the CTC archive as presented on this website. We have added large scale location maps for all the trees listed so far (and Google Maps for street trees). Get the whole story on the Champions page.
The Tree Council has developed a self-guided tour of downtown trees. An updated brochure is under development but guides are still available at the Downtown Visitor's Center
The Tree Council has volunteers who would be happy to make a presentation for your group or gathering.
The Tree Council has a program to promote memorial tree plantings on public lands. See the Trees for Tomorrow page for more info.
